Yes Mon isn't it tiny.. could barely swing a tea towel in there.. :) Have no idea how much it would be - bet it didn't come cheap, though it was apparently a bit of a ruin when they got it.. It's unusual to leave the space so open - I think I would have put in at least a few 'half walls' to make it a bit more cozy. Hard to decorate such a vast void.. The windows are amazing aren't they..?.. sigh.
