Queensland Queensland Queensland!

What hasn't Queensland had to endure since the latter part of last year..!?!

My thoughts are with everyone in the area where monstrous
category FIVE (!!) cyclone Yasi is due to hit within the next few hours.

May you, yours and all the animals be safe, and may the damage be minimal!

xx Charlotta

  2. I keep checking the radar images to hopefully see if it may be downgraded before landfall. Every time I look, a fresh chill goes down my spine. All the animals....ugh. Somebody posted this morning that there are no birds calling in the Daintree ~ they all flew out yesterday. The whole of Australia holds its breath, along with the Queenslanders.

  9. Dear Charlotta, I am holding a candle right with you.

I just woke up and have not read the news yet. I find myself going to Swedish newspapers for better reporting.

My thoughts are with all the people and animals in that area.

    Much love, Mon

  10. Hi Sweetie!
I heard about this cyclone on the news earlier on today. These things are really scarey. Nature can sometimes really make us humans vulnerable! I can´t even imagine going through a situation like this.
Like you say, my thoughts goes to everyone, people, pets and all of the other animals out there.
    Let us all pray!

Hoping everything is okey with you!

    All my love!!!

  14. Hi Charlotta. Your comments are always so "personal", showing a person who really cares for the others (I can realize this is also what the others leaving comments here think about you). I'm sorry if I don't have so much time to leave comments everytime I pop into your blog. I don't have so much time and my life is a bit complicated at the moment. E. is 6years now and in my blog I just want to keep a diary about his growing and our life. Maybe really boring for the ones looking for "inspiration" ....
    A big hug from italy
