Another of Barton Myer's residential projects,
in fact their most recently finished, is this
5 000 sf single family house in Santa Barbara.
The house shows typical Myers' trademarks such as
the oversized glazed 'garage door' exterior walls,
flowing open plan pavilions, and the use of out-of-context
industrial materials such as concrete and steel.
The result is yet another very elegant and unusual
modern home designed to make the most of its
beautiful setting and surrounding view.
