Hello hello! I am sitting at my kitchen table with a view of perfect sunshine outside my window and it fills me with happy energy and the desire to dive into a raft of projects. In fact this is the reason I am writing because as of next week I am starting my second cleanse/detox for the year!
After indulging freely during our recent (and wonderful) trip to Paris, and then allowing a few hand-fulls of sneaky Easter treats to pass my lips I am personally totally geared up to give myself a 'Spring Clean'. Despite the obvious & unavoidable challenges ahead I am looking forward to the surge of energy that always comes with a good cleanse and can't wait to start!
For those of you who live in the Southern hemisphere, Autumn is an excellent time to cleanse your body in preparation for Winter and a less active outdoor life.
In fact both Spring and Autumn offer an abundance of fresh produce and usually trigger a natural drive to commence new projects and plans, so let's make the most of this positive energy people!
Parallel to my own cleanse I will launch the first post in the promised 'detox series'. I will share my personal learnings and experiences. Again, it is important that you all know that I am no expert, nor am I a medical practitioner or naturopath. I am merely a keen and eager student in the learings of a healthier and more energized life. And I want to share it with you! xx
So my darlings, I will be back in a few days with the first post and hope that you find it inspires you to launch your own cleansing journey.

You've inspired me to do a mini detox version. I don't have the guts or maybe it's the will to go full force just yet:-). Can't wait for your follow up post. I am thrilled to be able to visit you. Life has been quite busy in my neck of the woods:-). Baby Ian stares at your elephant painting all the time. Sometimes he leans over so far while looking at it. It's almist as if he wants to immerse himself in the picture lol! xx
Just found your blog and I love it. I hope you will pop over to Swede Dreamer if you get the chance! Have a wonderful day~Angie
