This amazing NYC loft has been blog candy across
the world since it was first featured a few months ago.
That said, I can't resist the temptation to show my
admiring support of Rebecca Robertson and
Marco Pasandlla's wonderful home here on my blog..
The loft is located in Manhattan and is a converted shipbuilders'
warehouse from 1939 with soaring ceilings, exposed wooden
structural framework, white washed floors and brick walls..
* sigh *
I also love the fact that there are tangible traces of
the building's original purpose, such as the winch
at the front of the loft, which once was used to haul
sail cloth and other materials to the ship builders..
