A pet pig would be fantastic, and especially so if it was trained to find truffels! OMG I LOVE truffles!
Vivid memories of freshly shaved white truffles over papardelle when I spent time in la bella Italia.
That country is under my skin!
Leigh - the Southern Highlands. How divine! I love it down there. Spent early spring last year down at Kangaroo Valley - one of my favourite places. Just to see the Mimosa trees blossom... Sigh.
