From Sweden with love..

You all know my love for 'Swedish Hasbeens - actually clogs in general.
I've blogged about them before (HERE) and am now drooling over their new
Spring-time collection. Looks like I have to go clog shopping (again)..

Aren't the half calf boots on the bottom right just amazing..!
Actually aren't they all just fabulous. I want a whole wardrobe of clogs..

Love these! They sort of remind me of some of the Frye styles, though those are not clogs, of course. These are super-chic, love! XO!

I am on the biggest clog hunt. I've sent two back and still searching. I have a pair of Burberry clogs that I have completely worn out....they are embarrassing to wear in public, but what's a girl to do? I like the ones with the wicker chair...who's are those? Calypso? xoxo

Oooh... I love the top right green clogs, and the red version a little further down. I have these in black at the moment [how boring!] but the pop of colour is just fabulous.

My suitcase is going to be heavy (From my Sweden trip!). Very heavy!

And I don't mind paying overweight for these beauties!

Thank you so much for your wonderful and generous comment about my house. You made my day, my friend! A guest room is waiting for you! With ironed sheets and everything!

Love, Mon

Hi Charlotte, I love clogs too! They're easier to walk in than heels. I still have my summer clogs waiting to be worn, but the weather has been crap lately.

p.s. thanks for your detailed comment on my recipe post. I completely agree with you about the importance of food and health. Have you read Fast Food Nation? I just finished watching the doumentary Food Inc. I think you'll like this film. I plan to write more about food and health. Thanks for motivating me.

Cheers!

p.s. now following you.

Hello lovelies and thank you for all your comment.

Shelley - You're welcome. They are so addictive and I could buy a whole 'family' of clogs. Agree on those boots. Yum!

Shari - yes, they are too cool. xx

Champagne Stitch Poet girl - These are all by 'Swedish Hasbeens' and you'll find the link to the site in my post. Another great clog brand (Swedish) called 'Calou' that is also great. Check out both. xx

Nuit - Yes, the boots are amazing and so comfortable apparently. Have ever only tried the shoes, but the boots and bootees are now on my wishing list! xx

Ms Escapade - They are so comfy and super stylish. Love them to death! xx

Donna - yes, they are indeed. As are the burgundy bootees! xx

Mandarie girl - Thanks dear. Yes, it's a good one to keep on file. In my book they are never out of fashion, but I realize it's a Swedish thing.. :) xx

Cath - yes that shade of green is gorgeous. xx

Callie - Me too. They are my no 1 pick. Already have two pairs of shoes. x

Susanne - Yes, go for it girl. You'll look great! xx

Monika - Yes, I bet. So wish I could go there with you - we could help each other carry the load! :) xx

Shopgirl - Agree - so much easier to walk in. Thank you so much for joining my little blog circle. Very happy you are here and look forward to welcoming you back soon. Loving your blog too. xx

Sande - You could absolutely rock these darlings! So glad you came to visit me. I love your beautiful blog and your web site too! xx

Lise - Yes they are fantastic! xx

Gaia - So glad you found me too! Yes, I am afraid the linen is quite weighty BUT it looks fantastic!! xx

Kirsten - Yes they certainly are rocking! xx

Ally - Thank you for your sweet feedback. I LOVE your blog. So glad they make you happy. You make me very happy too!! xx (aaaw, I am all teary now)

Leigha - You'd look fab in them sweetie. Go shop my friend! xx

Makenzie - Thanks my dear. Also check out 'Calou' - both brands are fab. Hope you hop on board. To me it's a lifestyle not a trend, but then again I am Swedish. We all grow up in clogs up there.. :)

Alicia - there you are girl!! Have missed you! Love your recent work. Will be back soon to check out more.
xx

Kellie - Yes, thought you'd love the colours! Am so excited about your shop. I will definitely come and visit one day. xx

these are pretty cool! 'swedish hasbeens' is a fun name - clogs were absolutely IT for about five seconds in norway when i was about fourteen. i got a pair that was distinctly boring (i lived in a small place), but they're actually great, i still use them as my just-popping-out-for-a-sec shoes!
